WEEK ONE- Get sunny savvy

Thankfully they are reversible, and there are ways to avoid these signs of damage.wear a hat and sunglasses if you're outdoors in themiddle of the day and apply a sunscreen that both protects against both UVA and UVB rays. Consistently barring your skin to the sun could lead to free radicals attacking your cells, know when it is enough.

WEEK TWO- Consider your cleanser
A cleanser removes dirt, sweat, oil and bacteria that builds up in and on your skin during the day. You should cleanse at least twice a day with a formulation that doesn't strip your skin of its natural ois.

WEEK THREE - Quench the thirst
 After sunscreen and a good cleanser, your mosturiser is the most crucial product in your arsenal - it will insure your skin is properly hydrated. Tone and plumpness are dependent on moisture in the underlying layers of your skin, so choosing the right product is imperative.
